Nothing Bundt Cakes in your area is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team. You will follow our proprietary recipes, operate commercial bakery equipment, and help produce cakes for daily guest orders with attention to quality and speed.

The role emphasizes precise measurement, safe handling of equipment, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; opportunities for advancement and a friendly, casual workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required; experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision and productivity goals.
• Use measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, place pans into hot oven and monitor baking.
• Adhere to packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes and maintain logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory replenishment.
• Evaluate ingredients and baked cakes to ensure NbC standards and inform management of issues.
• Clean, sanitize and restock workstation and prep for next shift.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and dress code.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
