Elior Collegiate Dining is hiring a Baker to join the education team on-site at Wilson Workforce & Rehab Center in Fisherville, VA. The role involves preparing breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily, following established recipes and maintaining a clean kitchen.

Must have experience with kitchen tools, basic math for inventory, and the ability to train kitchen staff. This full-time onsite position offers benefits including medical, dental, and 401k, with a compensation of $18 per hour.

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to create quality baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.
• Order ingredients and keep inventory regularly.
• Responsible for all baking as well as cook training and assisting Snack Bar Cafe operation.
