Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets Inc. is seeking a friendly baker to craft breads, pastries, and treats for our bakery department. You’ll engage customers with a warm smile and take pride in presenting tempting displays.

From early mornings to finishing touches on cakes, you’ll maintain quality, manage simple inventory, and keep a clean, safe workspace while supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain a valid food worker card.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!
