Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time BAKER position located at West Bend Insurance, 1900 South 18th Avenue, West Bend, IN 53095. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Previous baking and cooking experience is required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as per production and catering sheets; assist in production planning.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and standards.
• Assist with production records, waste tracking, and inventory management.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and proper serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and work area.
• Handle food items safely, adhering to safety regulations.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
• Interact with customers professionally, resolve complaints, and relay concerns to supervisors.
• Keep up with peak production calmly and efficiently.
• Ensure food presentation and standards are met.
• Follow sanitation and safety principles, complying with OSHA standards.
• Complete assigned shift work timely and thoroughly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
