• We are hiring immediately for a BAKER position.

Job Summary

Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets; assist in planning to meet daily requirements.
2. Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes, standards, and equipment.
3. Complete production records, track waste, and report shortages.
4. Ensure proper presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and work area.
6. Handle food items safely and in accordance with safety regulations.
7. Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
8. Interact with customers, resolve complaints courteously, and relay concerns to supervisors.
9. Maintain calmness and efficiency during peak production times.
10. Ensure food presentation and serving standards are met.
11. Follow sanitation and safety regulations per OSHA standards.
12. Complete assigned shift work promptly and thoroughly.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
