Responsibilities

1. Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries as per production sheets; assist in planning.
2. Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and equipment standards.
3. Complete production records, track waste, and notify supervisors of low supplies.
4. Maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
6. Handle food safely, following safety regulations.
7. Clean equipment and workstation after use.
8. Interact with customers professionally, resolve complaints, and report concerns.
9. Work efficiently during peak times, maintaining calmness and accuracy.
10. Ensure food presentation and display meet standards.
11. Follow sanitation and safety standards per company and OSHA regulations.
12. Complete assigned shift work timely and thoroughly.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
