Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience in the Bakery Department.
• Assist Bakery Manager with daily operations, including baking, dough handling, icing, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe department and ensure proper signage and QA standards.
• Follow recipes and operate equipment to produce items as directed.
• Ensure proper inventory, restocking, and adherence to safety policies.
• Support other departments as needed and maintain punctual attendance.
