Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with leadership skills.
• Knowledge of baking methods and ingredients.
• Experience using bakery equipment, ovens, and tools.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and mentor others.
• Basic computer and math skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic English language skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule: afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with bakery and cake orders.
• Prepare doughs, batters, and mixtures; monitor oven temperatures.
• Stock and rotate baked goods; maintain displays.
• Follow Vallarta's Bakery Safety Program and health code regulations.
• Assist coworkers and support a clean, organized department.
• Pack, weigh, and price merchandise; minimize waste.
• Clean equipment and work area; perform additional tasks.
