Job summary

BFS Foods in Weirton, WV is seeking a reliable bakery associate to prepare and present high quality baked goods for Tim Hortons customers. You will maintain inventory, support opening and closing duties, and deliver friendly service with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends, with part-time or full-time hours. Food Handlers certification is preferred; prior Tim Hortons experience is a strong asset, and training is provided.

• Tim Hortons experience is a strong asset.

• Flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Available for early morning starts as it may be required.
• First aid certification an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain high quality baked foods based on standards.
• Prepare and present food in an appetizing manner, with both taste and appearance.
• Ensure adequate supply of baked goods and materials with minimal waste.
• Maintain a daily schedule of work to ensure timely preparation for demand.
• Complete opening duties at the start of each shift.
• Complete closing duties at the end of each shift.
• Provide efficient service with excellent customer service.
• Adhere to BFS and Franchise Policies and Health & Safety.
