Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain high quality baked food products according to Tim Hortons standards.
• Present food appetizingly with taste and appearance.
• Ensure adequate supply of baked goods and materials while minimizing waste; maintain inventories in the baking area.
• Maintain a daily work schedule to ensure timely preparation for demand.
• Complete opening and closing duties (unlock/relock, ovens, cleaning logs) and ensure health/safety practices.
• Provide efficient service while delivering excellent customer service.
• Adhere to BFS and Franchise Policies and Procedures including Health and Safety.
• Food Handler's Card is required and must be kept up to date.
