Panera is hiring a Baker in Rockford, IL. You will bake breads and pastries daily for our bakery-cafe(s) and ensure consistent flavor and quality. You’ll handle stocking, prep, and sanitation while upholding health and safety standards, and support your manager and team as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Food handler training or card as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Bake all bread selections and pastries for the bakery-cafes.
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality.
• Stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Assist and support manager and team as needed.
