Dunkin | Initial Management is seeking team members to support our busy bakery and front-of-house operations in Palmer, MA. This role focuses on decorating donuts, finishing stations, and upholding food safety standards, while delivering friendly guest service.

You will decorate donuts according to design standards, stock and maintain bakery cases, and collaborate closely with guests, teammates, and leadership.

• Managing backroom finishing station and following all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Decorating donuts according to design standards
• Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members and leadership
