Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Baker/Crew Member in Florida. You will bake donuts and other bakery items and provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team.

This role can be part-time while in school or a pathway to management; many managers started as Crew. We emphasize teamwork, learning, and a positive store culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some training is online.
• Have basic math skills to be capable of counting money and making change.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment; may lift 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promoting a positive team environment with timely attendance and readiness at the start of shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity when dealing with team members and guests.
• Follow store communication guidelines and respond positively to coaching and feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with baking duties including donuts and bakery items as trained.
• Commit to learning and executing multiple tasks and uphold safety and sanitation guidelines.
