First Gold Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD is seeking a Baker-Cook to join our newly revitalized Horseshoe Restaurant. You will bake pastries, breads, and desserts from scratch and contribute to menu execution for daily service and special events.

Join a fast-paced culinary team, maintain high quality and safety standards, and support guests with delicious made-from-scratch creations. Early mornings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
