Join a fast-paced culinary team, maintain high quality and safety standards, and support guests with delicious made-from-scratch creations. Early mornings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts from scratch with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in the creation and execution of menus for our restaurant and special events.
• Work closely with our culinary team to ensure high-quality and consistent baked goods and dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following all health and safety guidelines.
