Job summary

Smallcakes East Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking a motivated baker to join our 8-person team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking.

Responsibilities include weighing ingredients, mixing batters, decorating cakes and cupcakes to our standards, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace. Prior bakery experience and ServSafe certification are a plus; 401k plan available.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in baking tasks.
• Team-oriented approach to bakery goals.
• Previous work or bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to decorate cakes and cupcakes to standards.
• Passion for serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Mix and blend batters.
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Follow cake and ice cream recipes.
• Decorate cakes/cupcakes to Smallcakes specifications.
• Maintain a clean baking environment.
• Ensure quality control for all products.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist in cleaning duties.
• Assist in other duties, as assigned.
