Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Dripp Donuts, located in Shreveport, LA. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including donuts, and kolaches. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, following recipes, operating bakery equipment, and ensuring the quality and freshness of baked goods. The Baker will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
