Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Marietta, GA is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh bagels and support daily operations. The role starts early (as early as 3AM) and emphasizes teamwork, quality control, and friendly guest service.

You will stock the display, assist with orders, and help keep the store clean and safe while contributing to a positive guest experience. Training and opportunities for growth are offered in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check as applicable by law.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability.

We wouldn't be much if we didn't have our bagels, and a bagel is only as good as the person who bakes it! The baker is first in our hearts and the first ones in our bakeries. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) turn on a podcast or their favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are - bagels!

What's a day in the life of a Baker?

Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. What We Are Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
