We have positions available for both Day Bakers and Overnight Bakers.

About the Baker Position

• You make it happen. Your role requires reliability, multitasking, great attention to detail, and a commitment to standards.
• As a Baker, you will work diligently and with flexibility.
• You will be responsible for preparing, proofing, baking, and topping all our products daily. Passion for baking is essential.
• You will be held to high standards in quality and consistency.
• Our passion for baking is warm and authentic. Our food is fresh and wholesome, with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
• You will respond to customer inquiries with warmth and friendliness.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Ensure all baked goods meet Panera’s standards.
• Partner with Cafe Management and team members.
• Represent Panera’s values daily.
• Work primarily alone with minimal supervision.
• Perform activities like stocking, prep, and sanitation.
• Coordinate daily responsibilities to ensure product quality.

Advancement is encouraged. Bakers can become Trainers, Baker Training Specialists, and Bakery Managers. Come grow with us!
