Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking Bakers to help meet daily demand for fresh bagels. You will start early, work in a fast-paced kitchen, and perform hands-on bagel preparation.

Responsibilities include boiling, topping, baking bagels, operating equipment, prepping ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness. This role is physical and suited for movers who take pride in consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knife skills and safe food handling.
• Able to lift and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Boil, top, and bake bagels to specification with training provided.
• Operate rotating oven and mixing equipment.
• Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely.
• Prep ingredients (cream cheese, veggies).
• Bake cookies and other side items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace.
• Assist with inventory, opening, and closing tasks.
• Occasionally assist front of house during busy moments.
