Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking a motivated baker to join our Florida kitchen team. You will start early in a fast-paced, hot environment and take pride in consistent, high-quality bagels and baked goods.

This hands-on position involves operating specialized ovens, weighing and shaping dough, preparing fillings, and assisting with front-of-house tasks during peak times. Training provided to ensure you meet our standards.

Responsibilities

• Boil, top, and bake bagels to spec (training provided!)
• Operate a rotating oven and mixing equipment
• Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely
• Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies)
• Bake cookies and other side items
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace
• Help with inventory, opening, and closing tasks
• Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments
