PopUp Bagels in New York seeks enthusiastic team members for our bagel shop(s). No experience is necessary; you will learn stations, menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients while crafting scratch-made bagels and delivering great guest experiences.

You’ll support the team during busy periods, multi-task in the kitchen, and uphold health and anti-discrimination standards. Growth opportunities exist within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with free bagels daily.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stations within the Bagel shop(s).
• Speak to current menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests - making their day special as you provide them with a delicious scratch-made bagel.
• Work to support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary.
• Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time.
• Help to maintain a minimum standard “A” letter grade by following the Department of Health and PopUp Bagels food safety standards.
• Demonstrate professional maturity and strictly uphold PopUp Bagel’s anti-discrimination & anti-harassment policies.

The next generation of chefs is evolving in PopUp Bagels shop(s). Our scratch-based kitchens are built around people passionate about real good food. Popup Bagels originated as a backyard pickup window, aiming to share a freshly crafted bagel recipe with friends. It has evolved into multiple PopUp and permanent locations, offering always-fresh weekend pickup. Our mission is simple: preparing the finest, freshest bagels. There is no extravagance, just pure perfection: a crispy crust, a soft crumb center, an ideal size, and the perfect blend of seeds. We're proud recipients of the Brooklyn Bagelfest "Best Bagel" award for two consecutive years, and we're eager for you to experience a dozen of our delectable bagels.

YOU WILL:
