Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Naperville, IL is seeking a Baker to join our morning team. Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) to ensure fresh bagels and ready-to-serve products for guests. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and maintaining quality across all shifts.

You will stock the bagel wall, help with order taking and sandwich making, and keep the store safe and clean. Starting pay reflects local wage standards, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check according to local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide guest service.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment.

Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) turn on a podcast or their favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels!

• Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. • What we are looking for:
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
