Wegmans bakery team members are at the heart of our stores, producing and packaging breads, bagels, and treats while delivering friendly customer service. You’ll join a fast-moving, people-first bakery where passion for baking shines and teamwork is valued.

As a bakery team member, you’ll help keep displays fresh and inviting, rotate stock properly, and support daily deliveries and backroom organization. Wegmans offers competitive compensation and a broad benefits package to employees.

As a member of our bakery department, you’ll work alongside a talented team responsible for the production and packaging of the breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods that make our customers’ day.
