Job summary

Urbane Cafe is hiring a Bread Baker in California to craft focaccia dough from scratch each morning and bake it in open-hearth ovens as guests watch. You will join a small, passionate kitchen team dedicated to quality and innovation.

We value reliability and a positive attitude, plus the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided for the right candidate; tips can enhance earnings, and on-demand pay is available.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for baking and food craftsmanship.
• Attention to detail and a high standard for quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Prior baking or kitchen experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!
