Our franchise organization, TBD Foods, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Baker's Responsibilities

1. Food Production:
   • Prepare yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked goods.
   • Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
   • Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Ensure all bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served hot when appropriate.
   • Maintain quality by adhering to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
   • Ensure proper portioning and recipe yields.
   • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
3. Guest Service:
   • Be friendly and courteous to guests, assisting with baked goods as needed.
   • Follow position responsibilities for just-in-time delivery.
4. Cleanliness:
   • Maintain cleanliness, meet service standards, and follow local health laws.
