We are seeking a passionate Baker to join our team! Our bakery is vital in creating memorable experiences for guests' events and everyday moments, from special occasions to daily indulgences.

Providing excellent guest service is central to our mission. Whether greeting guests, answering questions, or addressing concerns, professionalism and care are essential. Your helpfulness will make a positive impact daily.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Recipe & Production Control: Follow recipes precisely, monitor freshness, handle outdated items, and report shrinkage.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all sanitation and safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Guest Service: Assist guests, take special orders, address concerns, answer calls professionally.
• Stock Monitoring: Manage stock levels and ensure proper assortment, especially during early mornings and evenings.
• Quality Standards: Maintain food safety logs and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Team Collaboration: Work with bakery staff to meet goals and foster a positive environment.
• Attendance: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

Schedule

Includes early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, with flexibility for evening or overnight shifts.
