Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in North Carolina is seeking a Baker who bakes all cake sizes and flavors to NbC standards, maintains par levels, cleans and sanitizes the station, and tracks inventory.

You will rotate stock, order groceries, complete daily production sheets, help with kitchen cleanup, and ensure health code regulations are followed while supporting other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bake the full line of cakes by diligently following NbC recipes.
• Remove cakes from pans and properly package them.
• Place cakes in cooler and rotate stock per NbC standards.
• Complete a daily production sheet and share with management.
• Track inventory of baked goods.
• Alert management to issues and maintenance needs for equipment.
• Order and receive groceries.
• Maintain refrigeration logs.
• Keep baking area, tables, equipment and tools clean and sanitized to local codes.
• Help with all kitchen cleanup.
• Maintain and supervise the execution of all health code regulations.
• Assist other departments as needed and directed.

JOB POSITION:

The Baker bakes all sizes and flavors of cakes offered by NbC and according to the NbC standards, recipes and timelines. The Baker is responsible for maintaining the required par levels and will bake accordingly. The Baker must keep the baking station clean, sanitized and running efficiently, track inventory and order groceries and baking materials.
