Position Overview: The Baker is responsible for preparing yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other freshly baked products. The role requires attention to freshness, speed, cleanliness, and organization in daily duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Food Production:

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items.
• Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
• Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure all bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served hot when appropriate.
• Maintain quality by following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.

Guest Service:

• Be friendly and courteous to guests, assisting them with baked goods.
• Follow responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
