Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a friendly Bake Assist Employee to support the bakery team. No experience is required; we will train you to be a valued member of our fast-paced, fun culture.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, cleaning, assisting bakers, and light prep to keep operations smooth. The position offers an hourly wage of $14–$15 to start, with potential performance bonuses and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Wash all pans and utensils from Frosting and Baking departments
• Clean bathroom(s)
• Keep walls, floors, shelves and surfaces clean
• Clean refrigerator and cooler units
• Clean floor drains
• Empty trash and take to dumpster
• Assist Baker and Froster(s) with daily tasks
• Assist other departments as necessary
• Fold boxes and label containers
