Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cake production following company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and baking supplies for production.
• Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
• Help cool, frost, package, and prepare cakes as needed.
• Maintain consistent product quality and presentation standards.
• Wash dishes, baking pans, utensils, and equipment throughout the day.
• Clean workstations, floors, counters, and bakery equipment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
• Assist team members with bakery tasks as needed.
• Support opening and closing cleaning procedures.
• Properly dating and rotating products

This position focuses primarily on baking preparation, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting the bakery team in producing high-quality cakes that meet our standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, follows directions well, and takes pride in cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

Baking & Production

• Assist with daily cake production following company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and baking supplies for production.
• Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
• Help cool, frost, package, and prepare cakes as needed.
• Maintain consistent product quality and presentation standards.

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Wash dishes, baking pans, utensils, and equipment throughout the day.
• Clean workstations, floors, counters, and bakery equipment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Take out trash and recycling and maintain a clean back-of-house area.
• Ensure the bakery remains organized, stocked, and inspection-ready at all times.

Additional Duties

• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
• Assist team members with bakery tasks as needed.
• Support opening and closing cleaning procedures.
• Properly dating and rotating products

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
