Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR, is hiring for a 1st Shift forklift operator at Chick N Quick Plant. The role requires operating a forklift, moving pallets, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining accurate inventory in a wet and humid environment. Monday–Friday with some weekend work, 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM.

Pay rate is $17.70 per hour. The successful candidate will meet the forklift experience requirements and be willing to work overtime as needed; safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of continuous work history in the past 2 years.
• Minimum 3 months forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Assist in cooler inventory control or drive jack for microwave.
• Wrap and load products for shipping; unload trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene; follow supervisor instructions.
