Job summary

The position requires operating a hand pallet jack and floor jack, keeping accurate records, and assisting with line sanitation following USDA/Tyson guidelines. The role is on the 1st shift with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 6 months continuous work history in 2 years.
• This facility accepts rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack.
• Operate a floor jack safely.
• Coordinate through the Supervisor and keep accurate records of finished product and packaging material.
• Complete operator check list daily.
• Inform Supervisor of needed repairs and safety concerns.
• Keep production line supplied with pallets, condemned bin and recyclable containers.
• Verify accuracy of all materials and ingredients used on production line.
• Assist with clean-up and sanitation of line following USDA/Tyson guidelines.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
