Job summary

Our Home is seeking a Bagger Operator on 2nd Shift to ensure efficient production, monitor material use, and manage waste while improving quality, safety, and sanitation. The role supports the Line Lead through training and adherence to SOPs, with a focus on safety and precision in a fast-paced food production environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in food processing, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and training preferred.
• Working knowledge of food processing operations is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Teamwork and clear communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, monitors, and documents equipment to ensure efficient production and quality.
• Assists Line Lead in safety, sanitation, and job duties training.
• Carries out daily assignments following SOPs.
• Ensures shift compliance with safety procedures and programs.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment, upholding SQF Food Safety Code.
