Job summary

Starpak Llc is seeking a Bagging Machine Operator to operate and monitor bagging machines, adjust settings, inspect bags for quality, and perform basic maintenance. You will load rolls, read job instructions, and ensure safety and production standards are met.

You must be able to work in a team, handle heavy rolls, and be willing to work overtime. The role requires punctuality, good communication with the previous operator, and readiness to run any equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in production lines or machinery operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with plastics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bagging machines; make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect bags to ensure quality and perform basic maintenance.
• Read and understand job instructions; load, push, and pull heavy rolls.
• Complete inline quality testing and report issues.
• Follow safety and production standards; work overtime as needed.
• Team-oriented, communicate with the previous operator, and run equipment as required.
