Responsibilities

1. Actively communicate with guests, including greeting, thanking, offering a choice of bag type, and performing courtesy guidelines.
2. Properly bag guests’ orders to prevent damage.
3. Work well with all hosts and supervisors.
4. Place guests' purchases in grocery carts or hand bags to customers and offer assistance with their vehicles.
5. Perform price checks.
6. Relay guest problems to supervisors.
7. Retrieve carts from the parking lot.
8. Clean the front end, break room, restrooms, lobby, parking lot, etc.
9. Clean garbage and debris from carts and baskets.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Friendly, outgoing personality.
2. Ability to work well with others.
3. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods.
5. Ability to retrieve and push shopping carts.
6. Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into cars.
7. Effective communication and guest service skills.
