Responsibilities

• Actively communicate with guests, including greeting, thanking, offering bag choices, and courtesy guidelines.
• Properly bag guests’ orders to prevent damage.
• Collaborate well with all staff and supervisors.
• Assist guests by placing purchases in carts or handing bags, and offer assistance to vehicles.
• Perform price checks.
• Relay guest concerns to supervisors.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front end, break room, restrooms, lobby, parking lot, etc.
• Clean garbage and debris from carts and baskets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to retrieve and push shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into vehicles.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
