MCC Label is seeking a Finishing Bagging Support Operator to join our production team across all three shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd). The role involves operating bagging machinery to fill, seal, and package products, while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include quality control, material handling, basic printing defect awareness, and data entry in Globetek. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working on

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Experience or knowledge of lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing preferred.
• Physical demands include standing, using hands, reaching with arms and hands.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Standing and walking required; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.

Mansioni

• Continuously checks for print and seam quality.
• Removes defective material and splices the roll web back together per the specification.
• Uses ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedures.
• Handles rolls and pallets to prevent damage.
• Understands basic printing and seam related defects.

We are currently looking for a Finishing Bagging Support Operator tojoin our team on all of our three operating shifts, i.e. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. A bagger operator is responsible for operating machinery that fills, seals, and packages products into bags, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in our production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously checks for print and seam quality.


• Removes defective material and splices the roll web back together per the specification.


• Utilizes a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedure (tools are used at other times as necessary).


• Handles rolls and palletizes them accordingly as to not cause damage to them.


• Must understand basic printing and seam related defects.


• Recording and entering data on designated paperwork as well as in the company operation system (Globetek)


• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Experience or in-depth knowledge of lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing preferred


• The physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.


• This position requires frequent walking.


• Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.


• Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.


• Continuous eye concentration.
