Job summary

BEUMER Group in Denver seeks an Assistant Manager, System Specialist to act as SME for the baggage handling system and lead the maintenance team with technical leadership and oversight. The role focuses on preventive checks, system efficiency, and serving as the primary team and customer contact.

The candidate will develop resources, supervise activities, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with remote support and ensuring safety protocols are met.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree with 3–5 years of maintenance on material handling systems
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, PLC and controls hardware
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversee maintenance activities
• Lead preventive checks and manage system uptime
• Coordinate with remote Hotline for project support
• Lead KPI-driven project and team performance
• Handle warranty cases and escalations
