Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking reliable baggage handlers to join our operations at major airports. You will assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and distributing checked baggage while maintaining safety and accuracy in all processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure correct loading of each bag.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, DOT, FAA, OSHA safety rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Forward and receive bags to/from TSA.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
