Job summary

Prospect Airport Services seeks dedicated individuals to join our growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and empathize with how their decisions affect colleagues and customers.

Responsible for handling passengers' baggage, addressing related concerns, and supporting on-time operations across our airport locations. The role involves loading, unloading, scanning, and coordinating with TSA, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure, correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
