Job summary

Prospect International Airport Services is seeking team members to supervise and assist with baggage handling for arriving and departing passengers. You will help with loading, unloading, and resolving issues related to delayed or damaged baggage, while upholding safety standards.

We require a high school diploma or GED, minimum 18 years old, and the ability to obtain airport credentials. The role involves rotating shifts, outdoor conditions, and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pickup, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Take care of the safety scanner and other equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
