Bruegger's Bagels in Iowa City is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with a hands-on, owner-like mindset. You’ll begin as early as 4am for baking, supervise guest service, and ensure smooth daily performance across all areas.

Candidates with 1–3 years of GM or Assistant GM experience in a restaurant setting are preferred. The role features a 6am–2pm schedule, opportunities to drive food cost and labor targets, payroll oversight, and staff development within Bagel Brands.

Formación

• GM experience in a restaurant setting
• Familiarity with P&L analysis is valuable
• Experience recruiting and developing staff
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all store operations with an owner mindset
• Ensure audit readiness and accurate daily deposits
• Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders while maintaining guest experience
• Lead and motivate the team across shifts and schedules
• Take the daily deposits and prepare for the next day
