Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Ensure audit readiness, manage catering/mobile/in-store orders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Open/close store within shift schedule, monitor deposits, and prepare for the next day.
