Job summary

US Bag Manufacturing, LLC in Albuquerque seeks a production operator to stand at the bag making machine, load film and zipper spools, inspect the bags, and keep the line running smoothly, ensuring bags are aligned and packed correctly. You will record production data at the computer terminal, maintain cleanliness of the work area, complete production documents accurately, and unload finished boxes on a daily basis while working on 1st shift from 6 a.m.

to 2 p.m. at $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to measure accurately using a ruler.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stand at the delivery end of the bag making machine.
• Inspect the bags that the machine stacks.
• Make adjustments to ensure bags are aligned correctly.
• Pack the stacked bags into boxes and seal the boxes.
• Load new rolls of plastic film onto the machine.
• Load new spools of zipper profile onto the machine.
• Record production at the computer terminal.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Complete production documents accurately.
