Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Wisconsin is seeking a Bag Machine Assistant to support flexible packaging manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with setup, operation, and shutdown of bag-making machines and load film.

The role emphasizes quality checks on bags, safety, 5S practices, and teamwork with operators and maintenance. Hands-on training will be provided to develop needed skills.

Qualifications

• Comfort working on a production floor and supporting machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection (size, seal integrity, print accuracy).
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn through hands-on training.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.
• Team-oriented communication and collaboration with operators and maintenance.
