Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read measuring tapes and product specifications with mechanical aptitude.
• Strong safety and quality focus in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bag lines to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Assist in setting up and operating bag machines and supporting equipment as scheduled.
• Train for routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to perform repairs.
• Supply raw materials, pack finished goods, and load machines as needed.
• Ensure quality standards and report any defective products for disposition.
