Job summary

Protection Strategies Incorporated is seeking a dedicated HHS - Badging Specialist to perform daily badging and credentialing operations. You will process badges for employees, contractors, affiliates and other personnel in line with Federal regulations and OSSI security policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of data entry and badging experience, strong alpha-numeric data entry skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year (minimum) experience in data entry.
• 1 year (minimum) badging experience.
• Able to work with a team.
• Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day badging and credentialing operations.
• Ensures badges for employees, contractors, affiliates and other personnel are processed per Federal regulations.
• Coordinates with OSSI security policies and Federal law.

Position Overview:

Perform daily badging and credentialing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other personnel authorized an identification badge have been processed in accordance with established Federal regulations in conjunction with OSSI security policies and Federal law.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year (minimum) experience in data entry
• 1 year (minimum) badging experience
• Able to work with a team
• Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
