Job summary

Protection Strategies, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a proactive HHS - Badging Specialist to manage daily badge issuance and credentialing for employees, contractors, and affiliates.

You will ensure compliance with federal regulations in coordination with OSSI security policies, while maintaining accurate data entries and teamwork to meet mission needs. This role supports a secure work environment and requires meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year (minimum) experience in data entry.
• 1 year (minimum) badging experience.
• Able to work with a team.
• Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other personnel authorized an identification badge have been processed in accordance with established Federal regulations in conjunction with OSSI security policies and Federal law.
• Collaborates with security teams to ensure only authorized personnel receive badges.
