• Prepare and submit pleadings, witness statements, and exhibits.
• Collaborate with team and mentor associates.
• Appear in court, depositions, and trials as required.

Persuasive speaking skills

Knowledge of Pennsylvania bad faith law

Experience with first-party property claims

Experience with UM/UIM claims

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
